Challenge: Continuous Challenge for Life Fulfillment

Encouraging Fearless Exploration and a Growth Mindset. Research shows life satisfaction and mental wellbeing are linked to continuous learning and challenge. There is no failure other than failure to try.

Strength: Our potential is greater than we think

This year has challenged us all. We’ve come through so much yet its merely a launching pad. Moving forward, its about taking the lessons of pushing through discomfort to reach further.

Connection: Promoting connection and community

Promoting connection and community means learning to work together on the mountain and back home. Connectivity stems from vulnerability, compassion, support and more and is critical for mental wellbeing.

Change: Being open to diversity is critical to growth

There is much we can learn and adopt from the culture of the mountains, and others.

Gratitude: An attitude of gratitude

It’s important to acknowledge what we have instead of what we’re lacking. SummitSix promotes giving back because we are lucky enough to do this. And that means all of us.

Nature: Get Outside

There are numerous mental and physical health benefits to breathing in fresh air and just being outside. Cortisol levels decrease by 20%. Depression and anxiety lift.
